Role Overview The Project Coordinator ensures efficient execution, transparency and compliance of steering systems development projects within OEM governance frameworks. Strong background in automotive project coordination / PMO Management of release processes, documentation status and milestone tracking Preparation of management reports, KPI dashboards and status presentations Organization, moderation and documentation of project meetings and committees Experience with OEM processes (preferably VW environment) High Level of structure, communication strength and stakeholder management Tool affinity (Jira, Confluence, project tracking tools) EXPERTISE Experience in automotive development (preferred VW) Experience in steering development (preferred) Project reporting and stakeholder management Release and approval management Requirements management Change management Risc management Problem management Schedule planning and tracking (cPlace) Creation and approval of ZDCs and FTABs METHODS & TOOLS MS Office & Project JIRA and Confluence ASPICE DOORs/Codebeamer Version42 Te.VBV C-Place AVON Creta, Konditor
