- Project Coordinator – RGM & Integration | Remote | Mexico Time Zone
Remote | B2B | Full-time | International FMCG Project
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join an ongoing international RGM implementation for a large FMCG client.
The role will focus on one of the most important areas of the programme: coordinating integrations between the RGM platform, SAP and surrounding systems.
This is a good fit for someone who combines project coordination skills with a solid understanding of IT integrations and SAP environments. We are not looking for a purely administrative PMO profile — the role requires hands-on coordination of interfaces, dependencies, testing, defects and communication across multiple technical and functional teams.
About the project
The project involves the implementation of a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solution for a large FMCG organisation operating in Mexico.
The platform supports areas such as trade promotions, commercial terms, pricing and trade investment planning and settlement.
A significant part of the programme is the integration layer connecting the RGM solution with:
-
SAP ECC / S/4HANA
-
customer and product master data
-
hierarchies and pricing conditions
-
orders and invoices
-
promotion accruals and settlements
-
CRM and distributor systems
-
sell-out and market data sources
-
data warehouse and reporting solutions
The project is already underway, so you will be joining an established international team and taking over an existing integration backlog, interface register, documentation and open dependencies, rather than building the process from scratch.
The planned go-live is in Q2 2027, followed by approximately three months of hypercare, with a possibility of further extension.
Your responsibilities
You will coordinate the integration workstream and ensure smooth collaboration between business, functional and technical teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
maintaining and coordinating the interface register and integration dependencies
-
tracking actions, owners, deadlines and open topics across teams
-
coordinating activities between SAP, RGM and other technical teams
-
supporting the planning and coordination of SIT and UAT
-
tracking defects and coordinating their resolution across relevant teams
-
monitoring the integration backlog and project dependencies
-
preparing status updates and highlighting risks, blockers and delays
-
supporting effective communication across a geographically distributed, multi-vendor project environment
What we're looking for
-
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO or Junior Project Manager in IT projects
-
Practical experience in integration projects, including coordination of interfaces and dependencies between systems
-
Good understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration environments
-
Familiarity with concepts and technologies such as IDoc, APIs and middleware
-
Experience coordinating SIT/UAT testing and defect management
-
Very good command of English — the project is conducted entirely in English
-
Experience with project tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, Excel and scheduling tools
-
Ability to work on a B2B contract
-
Availability to work during the client's business hours in the Mexico Central Time zone
Nice to have
-
Spanish at a communicative level
-
Experience in the FMCG / CPG industry
-
Knowledge of trade promotions, trade spend or commercial conditions
-
Experience with RGM / TPM platforms, such as Salesforce or Visualfabriq
-
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite / CPI / BTP
-
Experience working in international, geographically distributed and multi-vendor projects
Project details
-
Contract: B2B
-
Workload: Full-time
-
Location: 100% remote
-
Start: ASAP, preferably November 2026
-
Duration: until go-live in Q2 2027 + approx. 3 months of hypercare, with potential extension
-
Project language: English
-
Working hours: aligned with the client's team in Mexico / Central Time
If you have experience coordinating integration-heavy IT projects, understand the SAP environment and enjoy working across multiple technical and business teams, we would be happy to hear from you.
