Project Coordinator – Salesforce (Junior Role)

This entry-level role reports to the Salesforce Administrator and supports the Business Development team with Salesforce administration, data quality, reporting, automation, user support, and basic Apex development. It is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads, and contracts
• Run recurring and ad hoc reports, review data quality, and correct incomplete, outdated, duplicate, or inaccurate information
• Maintain Salesforce Flows, views, dashboards, and routine system configurations
• Support users, onboarding, training, documentation, and day-to-day troubleshooting
• Assist with testing Salesforce enhancements and deploying approved changes from sandbox to production
• Maintain and troubleshoot basic Apex classes, triggers, and test classes
• Report to the Salesforce Administrator and work with stakeholders to identify practical system and process improvements

What we expect from you

• Some hands-on experience with Salesforce, through work, internship, studies, training, or personal projects
• Basic understanding of Salesforce reports, Flows, and data management
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including formulas and general spreadsheet functions
• Basic understanding of Apex, or a strong willingness to learn Apex and Salesforce development
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
