WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The ISG Project Coordinator / Analyst supports Integrated Supply Group growth and customer success by coordinating new vendor-managed inventory (VMI) implementations, sourcing and crossing products, maintaining competitive pricing, and translating inventory and operational data into actionable recommendations. This role works across sales, sourcing, operations, suppliers, and customer teams to ensure accurate execution, disciplined inventory management, and measurable business results.

  • Sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, compare lead times and service capabilities, and support supplier selection aligned with customer and ISG requirements.
  • Pricing: Develop, validate, and maintain customer pricing using supplier costs, market information, contractual requirements, freight, and margin targets; investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Product Cross-Referencing: Cross products to approved alternatives by comparing specifications, form, fit, function, availability, cost, and customer requirements; coordinate technical or customer approval when needed.
  • New VMI Project Implementation: Coordinate implementation plans, timelines, responsibilities, item files, locations, labeling, replenishment methods, system setup, testing, stocking, launch activities, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze usage, demand patterns, lead times, transaction history, fill rates, stockouts, excess inventory, and other operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Min/Max Management: Establish and regularly review minimum and maximum stocking levels using demand, variability, lead time, service expectations, and customer requirements; recommend and document adjustments.
  • On-Hand Inventory: Monitor inventory balances, aging, shortages, excess, obsolete material, and inventory turns; coordinate actions that improve availability while controlling working capital.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile physical counts, system balances, usage, receipts, issues, returns, invoices, and customer records; research root causes and drive timely corrective actions.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Prepare accurate QBR reporting, performance trends, savings and cost-avoidance results, inventory metrics, project updates, open issues, and recommendations; support presentation development and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain project trackers, action logs, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure commitments, risks, and deadlines remain visible and controlled.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to standardize processes, resolve implementation issues, and support continuous improvement across ISG programs.

WHAT WE'LL NEED FROM YOU:

  • Experience in project coordination, purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, pricing, integrated supply, distribution, or a related operational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets, validate accuracy, identify trends, and present practical recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing, and reconciliation; experience with ERP, inventory, VMI, or business intelligence systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of inventory planning concepts, including demand usage, lead time, safety stock, min/max levels, inventory turns, and service levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and clear documentation.

We are an equal opportunity employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment. We employ people without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
