Project Developer Gas Power Plants (f/m/d) Join us in shaping the future of flexible energy solutions in Poland. In this role, you will help develop gas-fired power plant projects and work closely with local and international teams to drive sustainable energy investments forward. What you will do: Identify suitable locations and strategic partnerships for gas power plant development projects in Poland Lead local negotiations and support the conclusion of key commercial agreements Coordinate with Axpo’s central Gas Power Plant (GPP) business development team and local stakeholders Assess market opportunities, grid connections, gas supply options, and suitable technologies Support permitting and regulatory processes to ensure compliance with local requirements Drive project progress, timelines, and collaboration with suppliers and EPC partners What you bring & who you are: Experience in project development within the energy or power generation sector Knowledge of the Polish electricity market and energy infrastructure Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders Experience in contract structuring and negotiations Higher education in engineering, economics, or a related field Project management skills are highly valued Willingness to travel extensively within Poland is a must Fluent Polish and English skills, both written and spoken What we offer: Development in an international company that is shaping the face of the energy market.
