Development Manager | Utility-Scale Renewables (Remote)

We're partnering with a globally integrated renewable energy company on a search for a Development Manager to help scale their Project Development team with real ownership over how projects come to life.

This is a chance to shape utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the Western U.S. from the ground up- from site screening and land acquisition, through permitting and interconnection, all the way to construction-readiness. If you want to see your fingerprints on a project from day one to notice-to-proceed, this is that role.

What you'll bring:

✅ 4+ years of utility-scale solar, wind, or battery storage development experience

✅ Comfortable operating as an individual contributor

✅ WECC experience

✅ Based in the Western half of the U.S.

✅ Authorization to work in the U.S.
