We are looking for a motivated and skilled Development Engineer in Electrical Engineering to join our global power electronics development team. You will contribute to the design and evolution of motor inverters, power chargers, and e-powertrain systems (including also e-motors, traction batteries), and supporting projects across new development and serial support. Set things in motion. Develop innovative e-powertrain solutions for industrial trucks with focus on motor inverters and power chargers. Carrying out a range of engineering activities focused on the design, integration, and optimization of electronic systems within our power electronics platforms Coordinate and oversee all relevant multiple development activities across internal and external engineering teams. Manage cross-functional collaboration with other departments like hardware and software testing, purchase and manufacturing department as well as external suppliers. Active involvement in the development of electronic systems and in measurements in the laboratory as well as on vehicles and products Provide technical support and coordination tasks in the context of series production support. Use your skills. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in system development, preferably in power electronics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus. Gain more.
