Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines including risk management and problem-solving WE VALUE Advanced degrees such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering are a plus Experience working in industrial automation or process control environments Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements Passion for innovation and continuous learning
