Project Execution Coordinator (Product Lifecycle)

Your role As Project Execution Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the execution of approved product introductions, changes, and delistings across multiple product categories. You will monitor projects progress efficiently through established systems and processes while maintaining data accuracy, regulatory compliance and alignment across cross-functional teams. Your tasks Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, modifications, and delistings. Manage project data, workflows, and execution readiness across business systems. Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Market teams. Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery. Manage change requests, documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records. Support UPC code management, artwork and print verification, and product compliance activities. Ensure accurate tracking of execution progress and effective stakeholder communication. Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and delivery performance. Your profile Min. 4 years of experience in project execution, project management, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational, planning, and risk management skills. Proficiency with business systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, product development, or regulated industries is preferred. Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach with willingness to adapt to changing processes and tools. Fluent English. Readiness to work in a shift system (0800–1600 and 1600–2400), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.
