Job Summary We're looking for an organized and proactive Project/Task Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, keep teams aligned, and ensure deliverables stay on track. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates eager to build strong project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Own and manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other lifecycle channels. Ideate, plan, and develop content concepts aligned with customer behavior, brand tone, and business goals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to turn content ideas into high-performing CRM assets. Manage day-to-day coordination of projects and tasks, including scheduling and team updates. Serve as the point of contact between different departments, teams, and stakeholders. Keep project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports up to date. Track and follow up on action items, deliverables, and deadlines. Support the preparation of presentations, status updates, and internal reports. Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or risks to the project manager. Requirements: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A proactive, detail-oriented team player.
