Project Management Executive (Digital Marketing)

The Project Management Executive will coordinate and manage digital marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns from project initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and reporting. Monitor project timelines and workflows using tools such as ClickUp to ensure transparency and efficient task management. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth communication throughout project execution. Allocate tasks effectively to internal teams such as designers, copywriters, and developers to maintain balanced workloads. Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical standards before submission to clients. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and assist in preparing monthly performance reports and insights. Identify potential project risks and provide solutions to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet objectives. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO practices. Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is an advantage. Strong attention to detail when preparing project briefs, timelines, documentation, and meeting notes. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
