We’re looking for an experienced Project Information Manager to play a key role in managing the information that supports our development projects and wider asset management activities.

You’ll supervise and maintain Building Information Modelling (BIM) operations, ensuring Clarion’s information requirements are achieved, maintained and regularly updated. Working across multiple projects, you’ll coordinate building and construction information, review project data, records and 3D models, and help ensure accurate, validated and structured information is available across the business.

You’ll also conduct research, support data analysis and reporting, and work with our Operational Team to identify opportunities to introduce new technology, workflows and digital working practices. You’ll help maintain effective governance by identifying and escalating instances of non-compliance where appropriate.

You’ll have expert BIM knowledge and experience leading information management on major projects, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams across a range of software and tools. You’ll also bring experience in digital design innovation and asset data delivery using information exchange protocols such as COBie, alongside practical knowledge of UK and international BIM standards, including ISO 19650.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working from the office three days per week. Your primary base will preferably be Greater London House, London, although for candidates based in the Manchester area, Fountain Street, Manchester can be considered as an alternative base.

Occasional travel will be required as part of the role, including visits to development sites and suppliers, as well as internal meetings across Clarion’s office locations.
