PROJECT MANAGER SR

• The ICT unit of Client is looking for an experienced, hybrid project leader who can manage a variety of ICT projects from start to finish. This concerns projects for application development and network renewal as well as initiatives that structurally improve the broader ICT landscape, including in the areas of tooling, governance, processes & procedures, infrastructure and security. The project leader monitors coherence, coordinates with technical and functional stakeholders and ensures systematic implementation, clear communication and result-oriented follow-up.
• The ICT cell of Client has the following expectations of the Infra project leader:
• Start-up, coordination and follow-up of network projects within the current hybrid set-up for both the office and OT environment.
• Start-up, coordinate and follow-up of various projects (application, telephony,..) in connection with the project of the remote control.
• Starting, coordinating and following up application development projects within the context of Powerplatform/Dynamics/Sharepoint Online and Azure Cloud.
• Migrating a number of applications to their SaaS variant. A steering and coordinating role in migration processes to the cloud environment.
• You monitor budget – scope – realization of milestones – timing of these projects. You report on this regularly.
• You regularly enter into dialogue with the members of the ICT staff and external partners who support us on the various projects.
• Where necessary: Capture needs and best practices through organization of working groups and customer interviews.
• Identify risks and draw up plans to mitigate these risks.
• Carries out his tasks at the customer (mainly Hasselt and Willebroek) but possibly also sporadically to the works of art in Flanders.

SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects or development projects
• Demonstrable experience in managing various projects in parallel.
• Demonstrated experience with terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, ...) or equivalent through experience.
• Demonstrated experience with terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, ...). Be able to transfer expert knowledge in the field
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of a project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
• 8 years of experience in project management
• Have proven experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, ...)
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ITIL.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft stack (M365, knowledge of MS Office packages).
• Demonstrable knowledge of Azure Devops (software development) is an added value.
• Demonstrable knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel).
• Strong communication and coordination skills
