(plus 17% superannuation) Hybrid/ flexible and remote work options available Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga Join Charles Sturt University in a pivotal project leadership role where you will design and deliver a contemporary executive remuneration framework and university wide job architecture. Working closely with senior leaders, you will shape how careers are structured, roles are evaluated and remuneration decisions are governed across the University. Through this high impact project, you will create greater consistency, transparency and workforce capability while influencing the future employee experience at Charles Sturt. We're looking for a highly capable project professional with experience in remuneration, workforce design, organisational development or HR consulting. You will bring strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, financial literacy, and the ability to analyse complex workforce data and translate insights into practical recommendations. If you thrive on leading organisational change, developing innovative frameworks and delivering enterprise-wide outcomes, we'd love to hear from you. The successful candidate will ideally be based within one of Charles Sturt University's regional campuses; however, flexible, hybrid or remote arrangements with occasional travel may be considered for the right candidate. About you You are a strategic thinker with a strong track record delivering complex workforce, remuneration, organisational design or people-related projects. Experience leading complex organisation wide projects. Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting and influencing skills. Sound financial literacy, including an understanding of remuneration, benchmarking, benefits, on-costs and governance. Experience in remuneration, job evaluation, workforce design, organisational development or job architecture. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
