Make an impact Develop and maintain data workflows that collect, process, and analyze information to support business intelligence, project management, and portfolio planning activities Develop, operate, and document software tools, dashboards, and reports that support PMO and project-related processes Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and levels to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions and visualizations, such as those created with Microsoft Power BI Create and maintain process documentation, tool checklists, and user guides to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing Continuously improve PMO tools and processes to enhance transparency of project status, roadmaps, and business case progress through KPIs and data-driven insights Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics platforms Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and data interpretation Define data governance and reporting solutions in agile tools, e.g. Microsoft Azure Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and business intelligence What you need to succeed BSc or MSc degree in a technical, economic, or financial field Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure and SharePoint, knowledge of Microsoft BI is a plus Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) Experience in project management is a plus Strong process understanding, conceptual thinking, and strategic skills High-level communication skills in English and Hungarian German language skills are an advantage Our promise to you Our culture is deeply rooted in our passion to make robotics and automatic solutions accessible and easy to use.
