What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Project Management Specialist to join our System of Care (SOC) team! This role will be responsible for supporting the fiscal management, monitoring, and coordination of Trillium Health Resources SOC local collaborative projects. Core responsibilities include financial monitoring and processing of collaborative project costs, navigating internal fiscal and procurement systems, and ensuring compliance with DHHS and SAMHSA Notice of Award (NOA) requirements and supporting SOC Collaborative Coordinators in the implementation of local collaborative projects. The position also supports SOC Collaborative Coordinators in implementing local projects and facilitates communication, coordination, and cross ‑ agency collaboration to promote successful project outcomes. On a typical day, you might: Monitor, track, and process expenditures related to SOC SAMHSA Collaborative Project Support financial oversight activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal fiscal guidelines Navigate internal financial and procurement systems to support purchases and project activities Serve as the primary liaison between the Division of Child and Family Well Being (DCFW) and Trillium regarding project activities Prepare, review, and submit all required financial reports in accordance with DHHS and SAMHSA NOA requirements Serve as a liaison between Trillium services lines to ensure timeliness of payment to vendors, issues with orders or other needed matters Purchase/order items for all SOC Grant Funded Community Collaborative Projects tied to the Grant Communicate with SOC Managers, SOC Senior Manager regarding issues with securing required information, requests from SOC staff Any other identified responsibilities connected to ensuring smooth execution of the SOC Community Collaborative Grant Funded Projects Employee Benefits: Trillium knows that work/life balance is essential. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must reside within Trillium’s Catchment of North Carolina. Counties included: Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wilson. Must be able to travel within catchment as required. Preferred: Experience with grant funded project management or support. Experience with System of Care (SOC) work. Experience supporting or managing federally or state funded programs. Experience within community based collaborative initiatives.
