Project Manager – Bizbrain Technologies Company Overview Bizbrain Technologies is a service company guiding customers to develop new supply chain processes and adopt SAP Supply Chain solutions. We delivered over 50 successful projects across North America, Europe, and Latin America. Our services include Advisory and Value Prototyping, Implementation, Support, Training, and Organizational Change Management. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are strengthening our delivery capabilities and PMO structure to support increased demand and maintain high quality standards. Position Summary The Project Manager will be part of the PMO office and will work closely with existing Project Managers to support the delivery of supply chain projects. The role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and with high quality; this includes resource coordination, project governance, risk management, and customer communication. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP project management experience, preferably with SAP IBP, best practices, and a collaborative mindset. The Project Manager should thrive in a dynamic environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and contribute to driving efficiency, innovation, and organizational growth. This role supports global delivery teams and customer stakeholders, usually in a remote capacity. Travel is usually not required (only in very exceptional cases) and the position can be covered from locations within the same time lag of our customers. We serve customers mainly located in North America. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership and Delivery Own the project plan and overall delivery; ensure alignment between business expectations and operational execution. Manage projects using Smartsheets, JIRA, or other project management tools. Ensure delivery within approved budget, timeline, and defined quality standards. Coordinate project resources, track effort, and support the invoicing process. Lead project governance including status reporting, deliverable tracking, and risk/issue management. Conduct project retrospective reviews to support continuous internal improvement. Ensure high-quality, well-documented deliverables through consistent monitoring and follow-up. Leadership and Team Collaboration Serve as a respected leader within the project team; remove obstacles and support team performance. Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming. Foster a collaborative team culture focused on customer success, service quality, and a positive working environment. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Act as the face of Bizbrain to customer project stakeholders. Gather requirements, align expectations, and translate business needs into actionable project plans. Provide input for service definition documents, statements of work, and operational plans. Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to internal leadership and customer stakeholders. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Must-have Strong communication skills and fluent English, written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, Math or Business. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with exposure to project management functions. Experience managing SAP projects or alternatively delivering business transformation projects using other Enterprise-grade solutions or Management Consulting practices. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, Leankit, and JIRA. Experience working with distributed global teams. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. A minimum of three transformation cycles. Strong customer-focus and service-oriented mindset. Positive attitude and forward-looking approach in project management. Nice-to-have/Plus MBA or equivalent business experience. PMP/PMI or equivalent certification. Experience with SAP APO or SAP IBP project experience is a valued plus. Understanding of incidents, problems, and change processes and associated service level metrics. Curiosity and a desire to understand how technical solutions are built, deployed, and used. Work Location North America CST time zone. Primarily remote; minimal travel expected.
