Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of software development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

• Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

• Facilitate project closure, including documentation and lessons learned.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software development industry.

• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Experience with project management software and tools.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Monday to Friday

Part time EST time zone, 10-20 hours/week
