Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PM to join our Vietnam engineering team.

You will collaborate closely with our US and international teams to build and maintain scalable, reliable,

and secure infrastructure that supports our web and mobile applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering ERP implementation projects for clients across Europe and North America.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and clients.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to the Senior Project Manager.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) for communication with international clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply

This position requires working during the morning and evening shifts, with a break in the afternoon.

Total working time is around 6.5–7 hours per day. During working hours, screen recording is required,

and candidates are expected to complete tasks according to the requirements.
