What You’ll Do Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative Run the annual promotions and events calendar Manage the building and delivery of courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications Manage and own the CRM, e-marketing and eCourse development platforms Highly comfortable with multiple Ai-Tools for productivity and task execution Must-Have Qualifications 4+ years’ experience as a Project / Program / Operations Manager Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills Strong written and spoken English Highly autonomous, reliable, and execution-focused Experience using GoHighLevel Nice-to-Have Experience in health, education, or certification programs Familiarity with AI, automation, and marketing workflows Experience supporting executive or shareholder communications Previous experience using ClickUp Compensation & Terms Base fee: USD $1,200–$2,000 per month (depending on experience) Performance bonuses tied to execution excellence KPIs Contractor role, paid monthly via bank transfer No employee benefits; paid time off offered for exceptional performance How to Apply Click Apply and complete prescreen questions Complete a short AI-based interview, test task and self-guided ai-Video interview Shortlisted candidates interviewed by a human within 24–48 hours Offers made quickly for exceptional candidates Closing Note This is not a junior role.
