Position Summary AUIB is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager – Project Management Office (PMO) to support the mission of the College of Graduate Studies and Research by coordinating strategic projects, research initiatives, university partnerships, and industry engagement. In this role, you will oversee project planning, monitor progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of programs across CGSR centers. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Coordinate and monitor projects, work plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers across CGSR centers. Research Portfolio Support: Manage research project documentation, reporting timelines, and sponsored award coordination. University Partnerships: Coordinate communication, meetings, and activities with international university partners and maintain partnership records. Industry Engagement: Build relationships with industry partners to support internships, advisory board activities, and corporate collaborations. PMO Operations: Develop and maintain project management tools, dashboards, templates, and status reports while promoting best practices across the College. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong Project Coordination Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively. Excellent Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong planning, documentation, and reporting skills. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively across academic, research, and industry environments. Education and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Years of Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or administration. Specific Skills or Expertise: Project planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong English communication skills. Additional Certifications: CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain within the first year).
