Position Summary AUIB is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Registration Officer to support its mission of delivering academic excellence and outstanding student services. In this role, the Registration Officer will maintain accurate student records, process course registrations, support academic scheduling, and ensure compliance with University policies and Ministry requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing timely and professional support to students, faculty, and staff throughout the registration and graduation processes. Key Responsibilities Student Registration: Process course registrations, schedule changes, withdrawals, and registration requests accurately and within deadlines. Student Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date student records in the Student Information System (SIS). Academic Operations Support: Assist with class scheduling, examination timetables, degree audits, graduation processes, and operational reporting. Student & Faculty Support: Provide timely guidance to students, faculty, and academic advisors on registration procedures, academic policies, and graduation requirements. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with university regulations and Ministry requirements while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of student records. Ideal Candidate Profile - Attention to Detail: Demonstrates accuracy and precision when managing student records and registration transactions. - Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills when supporting students and faculty. - Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving registration and student record issues efficiently. - Collaboration: Works effectively across departments while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and service excellence. Education and Experience - Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic administration or student services, preferably within a Registrar's or Enrollment Services office. - Specific Skills or Expertise: Knowledge of academic policies and regulations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using a Student Information System (PeopleSoft preferred).
