Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager in the Philippines to lead complex, cross-functional product and technology initiatives. Our portfolio includes SaaS products, AI-enabled sales coaching, strategic content delivery, product infrastructure, identity and license management, systems integrations, and other customer-facing solutions.

This is not a meeting-coordination or note-taking role. We are looking for someone who will understand the project, own the plan, anticipate risks, ask smart questions, and proactively keep teams and sponsors moving toward delivery.

The position will work either UK and some of/or US business hours.

What You Will Do

• Own assigned projects from planning through implementation and launch.
• Build and maintain charters, roadmaps, milestones, RACI, RAID logs, decision records, and status reports.
• Keep Monday.com and supporting documentation accurate, organized, and actionable.
• Create simple dashboards showing progress, ownership, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Proactively surface blockers and opportunities early enough for leaders to act.
• Drive follow-through and accountability across product, technology, content, business, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and contribute insights based on a real understanding of the product and desired outcome.
• Communicate clearly with project sponsors and senior stakeholders across regions.
• Support consistent, lightweight PMO practices that accelerate delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, product development, enterprise technology, systems integration, or AI-enabled solutions.
• A track record of leading multiple complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work confidently with product and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with project-management methods, documentation, dashboards, and risk management.
• Experience with Monday.com or comparable platforms such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet; familiarity with GitHub or Power BI is helpful.
• Excellent English communication, organization, judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative personality with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Experience succeeding in a remote, cross-functional, multi-regional environment.
• Availability for substantial overlap with U.S. East Coast hours, with flexibility to collaborate with UK-based leaders.
