Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution and successful delivery of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor project budgets, resources and project deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Support Agile, Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project deployment activities.
• Maintain project governance, documentation and compliance standards
