About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Data Engineering and AI projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software project management, with proven success in requirements analysis, project planning, and team leadership. You will serve as a pivotal link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in leading software, data, or AI projects.
- Proven track record of successful requirements analysis, project planning, and team coordination.
- Experience with digital project management and documentation tools, preferably Notion.
- Excellent communication skills and moderation abilities across all organizational levels.
- Structured, proactive working style with a keen eye for detail and big-picture thinking.
- Technical understanding of Data Engineering and AI concepts.
- Fluent in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex Data Engineering and AI projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and deployment.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, providing mentorship and guidance to Data Engineers and AI specialists.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and translate them into technical project plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and workflows using Notion as the central knowledge management tool.
- Ensure project delivery meets high standards through clear processes, regular reviews, and quality assurance practices.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks proactively to meet client expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for project success, including scope, budget, and quality control.
- Work independently within a dynamic, remote-first environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
