Project Manager

Role Description This full-time Project Manager role at Atlas Build and Construction is a hybrid position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Project Manager oversees construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets to meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing project documentation, tracking progress, resolving issues, and communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. The role also involves overseeing expediting activities, inspections, and logistics to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time and in compliance with project specifications. The Project Manager is expected to proactively identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement across projects.
