Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
Working Hours: 3:00 am – 11:00 am Egypt time / 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Sydney time
Overview
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex workflows and knows how to keep multiple projects, people and deadlines moving at the same time.
You will be responsible for coordinating projects across different teams, monitoring progress, identifying potential delays and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
We are looking for someone who does more than simply update tasks. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish, following up with team members, solving problems and escalating risks before they become issues.
What You Will Do
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through to completion.
- Develop clear project timelines, milestones, priorities and deliverables.
- Coordinate work across different teams, including design, development, marketing, content and other operational functions.
- Assign and monitor tasks and ensure team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Conduct regular project follow-ups and ensure outstanding tasks continue moving forward.
- Identify bottlenecks, dependencies and potential delays early and take action to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within our project management systems.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines.
- Communicate project progress, risks, delays and required decisions clearly to management.
- Run project meetings and ensure actions, owners and deadlines are clearly documented.
- Follow up with team members on outstanding deliverables and hold stakeholders accountable for agreed deadlines.
- Work closely with management to prioritise projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Improve existing workflows, processes and project management systems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, SOPs and reporting where required.
- Ensure completed work meets project requirements before projects are considered complete.
What We Require
- Minimum 4 years of professional project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills and confidence following up with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify problems early and propose practical solutions rather than simply escalating issues.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs and Drive.
Highly Regarded
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency, technology company or similar fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience managing website, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, design or development projects.
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Experience managing remote or internationally distributed teams.
- Experience developing processes, workflows and SOPs.
- Project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification.
What Success Looks Like
You will be successful in this role if:
- Projects are delivered on time and important deadlines are rarely missed.
- Management has clear visibility over the status of every project.
- Team members know exactly what they are responsible for and when it is due.
- Delays and bottlenecks are identified before they become major problems.
- Project information is accurate and consistently maintained.
- You actively drive projects forward rather than waiting for others to provide updates.
- Processes become more organised and efficient as a result of your involvement.
The Person We're Looking For
You don't need to be reminded to follow something up. If a deadline is approaching, you already know about it and are working with the relevant person to make sure it is delivered.
You are comfortable asking questions, challenging unrealistic timelines and holding people accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
Most importantly, you have a strong ownership mentality. When a project is assigned to you, you take responsibility for moving it forward and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Compensation: Up to 60 000 EGP depending on experience and assessment.
