Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. A track record of managing client relationships, project budgets, and cross-functional teams simultaneously. Nice to have: PMP and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification. Experience with the horizontal construction industry, civil engineering, or a state department of transportation.
