Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, visibility, and rhythm to our development teams’ delivery process. Your mission will be to coordinate multiple teams, keep projects moving, remove blockers, and help us level up the way we plan, track, and ship our work. 🏆 YOUR QUEST-LINE: Coordinate delivery across several product teams and help ensure predictable, high-quality releases; Organize and facilitate team ceremonies: Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review and Retrospective; Maintain delivery plans, sprint scope, timelines and team dependencies; Track progress, risks and blockers, and help teams resolve them; Coordinate communication between development, product, QA and other departments; Help translate approved product requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable tasks; Keep Jira boards, workflows and project documentation structured and up to date; Prepare clear progress reports for stakeholders; Monitor team workload and capacity and highlight delivery risks in advance; Improve delivery processes and team workflows together with product and engineering leadership; Support onboarding of new team members; Maintain relevant team and process documentation in Confluence. 👩‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or similar role; Experience coordinating software development teams and multiple workstreams; Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum and Kanban; Practical experience with sprint planning, backlog coordination, dependency management and release tracking; Ability to identify risks, blockers and process bottlenecks; Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills; Ability to work with developers, QA, product managers and technical leads; Confident experience with Jira and Confluence; Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities; English sufficient for written documentation and team communication. 🚀 WILL BE YOUR BOOST: Experience working with teams of 15–20+ people; Experience helping split large teams into smaller cross-functional teams; Background in QA, Business Analysis or software development; Experience in fintech, iGaming, marketplaces or high-load products; Familiarity with the Steam trading ecosystem or skins market; Experience improving Jira workflows and delivery processes; Hands-on experience working with AI agents. 🥷 YOUR POWER-UPS SOURCE: Spontaneous weekend from the CEO; Support for professional development, including events (we went on a MAJOR trip to Copenhagen, for example), certifications, and educational materials; Start working at a time that’s comfortable for you; People Partner who will always support you in word and deed; Anniversary and performance bonuses; Input on project direction in a bureaucracy-free environment; Regular performance reviews and personal feedback sessions; 20 paid vacation days and 7 sick leave days; Assisting with the accounting and tax management for individual entrepreneurs; English language and Well-being benefit — so that you can improve your mental health the way you want; No time tracking; We purchase CHARGING STATIONS for our spacers; We help Ukraine: every month the company supports AFU and transfers donations for ammunition and supplies.
