Project Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. One of our clients in the technology services sector is looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects across multiple client environments. This role requires a strong background in project delivery within IT infrastructure, cloud, digital workplace, cybersecurity, or managed services environments. Key Deliverables Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver technology projects from initiation through closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports. Manage project governance and ensure adherence to internal methodologies and best practices. Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, engineers, architects, vendors, and client stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, timelines, and financial targets. Manage change requests, scope modifications, and project documentation. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement, vendor management, and third-party coordination where required. Ensure projects comply with quality standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Produce project closure reports, lessons learned, and handover documentation. Requirements Ideal Profile 5+ years in similar position Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget. Experience managing projects involving: Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Cloud migrations Digital workplace solutions Infrastructure modernization Networking and security technologies Managed services transitions Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. Proven cross-functional collaboration experience in supporting project teams to overcome challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in reporting to senior management. Demonstrated success in managing and completing projects both independently and in a team environment, often under tight deadlines. Experience working on projects within an ICT environment.
