Project Manager

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager Cybersecurity. In this role, you will lead cybersecurity, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks and ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with customers, consultants and management teams, helping organizations translate security ambitions into concrete results while contributing to the growth and success of ACEN.

Tasks

• Independently deliver end-to-end implementations
• Drive design decisions based on client needs
• Guide and support interns, junior consultants and consultants
• Ensure high-quality documentation and knowledge handovers
• Escalate blockers, technical issues and project risks, and propose appropriate mitigation actions
• Identify growth and optimization opportunities at client organizations
• Present project status to senior management

Profile

• You can communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders: technical teams, PMO, management and customers.
• You like to work closely with technical teams and support them by structuring and managing priorities.
• You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in hybrid environments.
• You can anticipate on risks, identify dependencies and respond with well-thought-out solutions.
• You have experience managing IT projects in a consulting environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
