Mission
We are looking for a highly responsive, proactive Project Manager to own the backend operations for our installation and service jobs. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone—providing immediate technical and administrative support to field sales reps in real time, coordinating schedules, and managing communication between homeowners and subcontractors. Your primary goal is to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to completion while building the skills to grow into a senior management position as our operations scale.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
Provide immediate backend, technical, and administrative support to in-home sales representatives to keep deals moving smoothly.
Manage end-to-end project scheduling, aligning installation timelines with homeowners and subcontractors.
Maintain active, continuous communication across all channels (phone, message, email)—ensuring no delays or "radio silence."
Coordinate subcontractor schedules and material readiness to ensure jobs execute seamlessly on site.
Track job progress from initial sale through final handover, resolving operational bottlenecks proactively.
Document project updates, customer notes, and vendor logs accurately in operational tools.
Flexibility to provide extended coverage after hours when active field jobs require additional oversight.
Qualifications
Years of Experience:
Prior project management, dispatch, or operations experience is preferred (HVAC or residential trade experience is a strong plus).
Tools & Software:
Experience using CRM systems, scheduling/dispatch software, and real-time team communication tools (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace).
Industry Knowledge Required:
Understanding of residential trade operations, project coordination, and contractor/subcontractor management.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional speed and responsiveness with a strong bias for action.
Fluent and crystal-clear verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong leadership potential with an eagerness to grow into a senior managerial role as the company expands.
Obsessive organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High accountability and reliability under pressure, with zero tolerance for unaddressed communications.
Technical Requirements
Own PC or laptop with strong processing capabilities
Reliable, high-speed internet connection (wired connection recommended)
Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
Ability to operate securely with sensitive company data, systems, and software
Position Description
Working Hours:
8 hours/day, 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Beirut Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time)
Working Days:
5 days a week (Monday through Friday)
Days Off:
Saturday and Sunday
Work Location:
Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
PTO (Paid Time Off):
Approved time off on Lebanese national holidays (~14 days annually) with advance notice
Salary Range:
$2,000 USD/month (Additional pay available for extended coverage when needed)
