Project Manager

Project Manager |📍 Bristol

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with agile working, flexible hours and remote delivery alongside regular office collaboration. The role involves leading projects valued between £15 million and £40 million from inception through practical completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave delivery of major construction projects.
• Assemble consultant teams and coordinate technical input.
• Develop procurement strategies around programme, risk, budget and client requirements.
• Manage statutory compliance and contract administration.
• Coordinate clients, advisers, solicitors and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• MRICS preferred, with MCIOB candidates considered where they can begin an RICS APC pathway.
• Project management experience beyond graduate or assistant level.
• Experience leading sizeable projects through RIBA stages.
• Experience preparing procurement strategies and assembling consultant teams.
• Exposure to office, industrial, retail, laboratory, healthcare, refurbishment or remediation projects.

Salary & Package

• £60,000 - £75,000 salary plus car allowance and profit share.
