About the Role We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology deployment and professional services projects across Artisight's healthcare engagements and professional services business. You'll own projects from initiation through closeout, leading cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope. Projects may include healthcare technology deployments, site readiness assessments, network infrastructure surveys, structured cabling, equipment installation, testing and validation, system upgrades, and decommissioning. This isn't a hands-on engineering or field technician role, but you'll bring enough technical fluency to lead technical teams with credibility. This role reports to the Director of Technical Delivery, is remote with travel to client sites, and requires U.S. work authorization. This role is a 40 hour/week, remote contractor, based in the U.S., and requires U.S. work authorization. What You’ll Do Lead projects end to end, from internal handoff through deployment, testing, client acceptance, and closeout, reviewing SOWs, assumptions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and dependencies before committing the team to an execution plan Build and maintain project plans, schedules, critical paths, and staffing, communication, and risk plans, while managing scope, budget, forecasts, billing milestones, changes, quality, and client expectations Coordinate internal resources, contractors, technical leads, vendors, travel, onboarding, and site assignments, ensuring clear roles and escalation paths, and participate in hiring for new staff and project contractors as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Technical Delivery, client IT, clinical teams, Facilities, Construction, Security, Network Engineering, and third-party installers, facilitating meetings, client updates, issue resolution, and decision-making Coordinate hospital access, credentialing, badging, escorts, infection-prevention requirements, and work windows, planning around active clinical operations to minimize disruption to patient care Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, technical dependencies, and readiness gaps early, and deliver clear reports on status, financials, risks, decisions, resource needs, and corrective actions Manage multiple concurrent projects across sites, ensuring compliance with company, security, and client requirements, complete closeout documentation in the project repository, and lessons learned that improve future delivery What You Have Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of project management experience, including 1+ years in IT services, technology deployment, or professional services consulting, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget Experience managing IT, infrastructure, or technical professional services projects, with the technical fluency to engage engineers, challenge assumptions, and translate technical information into plans and client communications 1+ years of experience managing project financials, schedules, risks, and reporting plans, and experience leading multiple, diverse project teams Experience leading projects in healthcare environments, including technology or construction-related work within active clinical facilities PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification, with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall and proficiency in project management tools Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on building client relationships Bonus Points For Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, end-user technology, healthcare technology, structured cabling, hardware installation, or testing and validation Ability to read technical drawings, floor plans, and network diagrams Experience managing projects for a VAR, systems integrator, or IT professional services organization Why You’ll Enjoy This Role Impact: Your projects directly shape patient care and clinical operations in hospitals using Artisight's technology Variety: You'll work across a diverse portfolio of healthcare deployments and VAR/professional services engagements Growth: Join a high-performing team with competitive pay, benefits, and room to advance #LI-Remote Equal Opportunity Employer Artisight is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
