Position Summary

The Global IT Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple global technology initiatives involving ServiceNow, HR Technology, Infrastructure and Enterprise Platforms.

This role will have primary responsibility for delivering

• Digital Shopfloor Global Project
• ServiceNow Global Project
• Other Digital Employee Experience Projects

The PM will manage global, cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, IT teams, infrastructure teams, implementation partners, vendors, privacy teams, and executive leadership. This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, communication, change management and execution skills with accountability for delivering business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced global Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex ServiceNow, HR Technology, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Platform programs. They combine strong project management discipline with exceptional ownership, communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management capabilities and are able to successfully lead global initiatives across a complex multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead multiple concurrent global projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication and Change management plans.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, scope, and change requests.
• Drive project execution and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Provide regular status updates and executive communications.
• Shopfloor digital workplace enablement and user adoption programs.
• Infrastructure readiness and deployment activities across global manufacturing sites.
• Shopfloor device deployment and connectivity initiatives.
• Identity and access management requirements for frontline workers.
• Coordination across Manufacturing, HR, Infrastructure, Security, and Digital Workplace teams.
• Site readiness, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Coordination with ServiceNow implementation partners.
• Data privacy and compliance workstreams.
• Security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
• Vendor management and delivery oversight.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build trusted relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Infrastructure, Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Enterprise Applications teams.
• Manage system integrators, software vendors, and consulting partners.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and leadership reviews.
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution.

Financial & Resource Management

• Delivery of Project Onetime and On Budget.
• Ensure effective utilization of internal and external resources.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple global projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide technology implementations.
• Experience managing distributed global teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, governance, risks, and resource planning.
• Experience operating within complex multinational environments.

Required Domain Expertise

• ServiceNow implementations and platform projects.
• Infrastructure deployment and workplace technology initiatives.
• HR Technology programs and integrations.
• Enterprise platform implementations.
• Global rollout and transformation programs.
• Data privacy, compliance, and governance initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft 365 deployments and frontline worker enablement.
• Shopfloor or manufacturing technology programs.
• ServiceNow Vault.
• ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM.
• Identity & Access Management.
• Workforce technology transformation initiatives.
• SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem familiarity.

Certifications

Preferred:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Agile Project Management Certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
