Project Manager

Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/n) to support a long‑term project delivered for an organization of the European Union based in Warsaw.

Requirements:

• At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP) or PM2 Agile or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
• Master's degree
• Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods
• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
• Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts
• Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
• Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, can work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements
• Presents strong problem-solving skills
• Displays strong leadership
• Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers
• Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps (and or Service Now SPM Agile boards)
• Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
• Experienced in management of the projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Experienced in management of the projects using Service Now technologies: custom applications and standard Service Now modules: Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and cloud set-up)
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements, personal data privacy related functional and security requirements

Tasks:

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establishes and manages project controls to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled
• Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members
• Plans and controls project products delivery processes
• Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
• Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings
