We're looking for a Project Manager to own day-to-day delivery for a digital experience workstream spanning website optimisation, maintenance, and technical SEO across multiple client platforms. This is a 12-month freelance contract at 50% allocation, working remotely, with a preference for Dubai or wider GCC-based candidates who can be available Sunday to Thursday.

This role owns the project heartbeat across planning, coordination, communication, risk management, and quality assurance, acting as the single source of truth for the team and client stakeholders. Taking ownership of day-to-day delivery frees up Directors to focus on strategic oversight and long-term relationship growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive project delivery, keeping initiatives aligned to business goals, product vision, and engineering execution
• Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and backlog items
• Lead coordination across cross-functional teams including UI/UX, engineering, content, SEO, data, and QA
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, delivery, and resourcing risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets, burn rates, and resourcing plans, keeping delivery on track and commercially sound
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical delivery discussions with internal stakeholders and clients

What We're Looking For

• Based in Dubai or the wider GCC, working remotely at 50% allocation and available Sunday to Thursday for the length of the 12-month contract
• 5+ years delivering and maintaining websites, mobile applications, and platform-based digital products in agency or product-led environments
• A track record managing end-to-end technical delivery across multi-disciplinary workstreams including UX, UI, engineering, content, QA, data, and analytics, from discovery through launch and post-launch optimisation
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience adapting them to agency and client delivery models
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar delivery and documentation tools
• Excellent documentation discipline: technical scopes, user stories, acceptance criteria, RAID logs, delivery plans, budgets, and release timelines
• MENA/GCC agency delivery experience preferred; open to strong remote-background talent with the right delivery pedigree
