This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with clients and develop your career within a consultancy where senior professionals are accessible and involved in the work.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and wider project teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating projects from pre-construction through to delivery
- Working directly with clients and managing key project relationships
- Monitoring project progress, programme and performance
- Preparing and reviewing construction programmes
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Producing clear and accurate project reports
- Supporting contract administration and project documentation
- Identifying and managing project risks, issues and changes
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality and standards
We're looking for someone with:
- 2–5 years' Project Management experience
- A background in construction consultancy, client-side, developer or a related environment
- A relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience managing construction programmes and project reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to take ownership and work independently
- A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach
Experience across commercial, residential, hospitality, logistics or other complex construction projects would be useful, but we're open to different project backgrounds.
What’s on offer?
You'll join a consultancy that puts a strong emphasis on professional development, giving Project Managers the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior professionals and gain meaningful client and site exposure.
You'll have access to:
- Structured training and professional development
- Ongoing CPD and learning opportunities
- Direct access to senior leadership
- A collaborative and open working environment
- Modern technology and the tools needed to do the job
- Opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as your career develops
- Company events and wider social and CSR initiatives
If you're a Project Manager in Dublin and open to exploring your next opportunity, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation and give you more detail.
