Project Manager – Google Workspace

📍 Location: Helsinki, Finland (Remote working within Finland)

📅 Contract: December 2026 – December 2027

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Google Workspace transformation and workplace technology projects. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of initiatives involving Google Workspace, ChromeOS, Chromebooks, and related cloud technologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects and programmes focused on Google Workspace technologies.
• Coordinate stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and business users.
• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Produce project documentation, status reports, and governance materials.
• Support the adoption and optimisation of Google Workspace, ChromeOS, and Chromebook solutions.
• Manage project delivery in environments utilising both Google and Microsoft technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and organisational requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing IT projects or programmes.
• Experience delivering Google Workspace, ChromeOS, or Chromebook-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating project documentation in Finnish and English.
• Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Eligible to obtain Finnish Security Clearance.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Additional project management experience beyond the minimum requirement.
• Experience managing projects in hybrid Microsoft and Google environments.
• Workplace transformation or cloud migration experience.
• Experience with collaboration, productivity, and end-user technology projects.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace administration and best practices.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• IPMA Level C
• Other recognised Project Management certifications

Additional Requirements

• Finnish citizen.
• Fluent Finnish language skills.
• Must be based and working within Finland.
• Able to obtain security clearance.
