Du führst die Transformation unserer Inventar- und Asset-Management-Landschaft hin zu einer zentralen Resource-Inventory-Plattform für Mission Critical Assets. Dabei gestaltest du das Zielbild, verbindest Business, IT und Lieferanten und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Einführung der Lösung. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Gesamtprojekt und schaffst die Grundlage für ein zukunftsfähiges Management unserer physischen Assets.

• Transformation zur zentralen Resource-Inventory-Plattform leiten
• Projektteams sowie externe Implementierungs- und Beratungspartner steuern
• Bestehende Asset-, Inventar- und Datenlandschaften analysieren und das Zielbild definieren
• Datenmigration, Datenqualität und Governance sicherstellen
• Projektumfang, Budget, Ressourcen, Risiken und Stakeholder erfolgreich managen

Deine Skills

• Hochschulabschluss (ETH/Uni/FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. IPMA B/C) von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Transformations- und Migrationsprojekte
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten
• Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Durchsetzungsvermögen kombiniert mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
