Job Title: Senior Project Manager Global Procurement Transformation (Bilingual English/Spanish)Job Description

This role leads a multi-year, center-led procurement transformation program focused on globalizing processes, tools, and ways of working across all procurement services. You will drive a targeted purchase-to-pay (P2P) restructuring initiative across the US, Canada, and LATAM, serving as a key partner in preparing for a future digital transformation to SAP Guided Buying and SAP S/4HANA. The position requires a strategic, bilingual project leader with deep experience in enterprise project and change management, process optimization, end-user training, and adoption, who can navigate complex organizational change in a large, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Continue and lead the deployment of a pre-defined organizational change blueprint across the US, Canada, and later LATAM, ensuring alignment with global template processes and organizational goals.
  • Drive workstream leads to complete project deliverables on time and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Leverage the existing blueprint to construct, schedule, and deliver a robust prego-live test plan using Super User channels, and remediate issues with designated IT workstream leads.
  • Design and run a robust, well-documented hypercare program, providing daily updates and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the designated Change Management team to plan and execute change and communication initiatives that secure stakeholder buy-in and adoption of new processes.
  • Serve as the on-site advocate for change, addressing concerns, removing barriers, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with global Change Champions to ensure proactive engagement, early information sharing, and mitigation of surprises or resourcing challenges during user acceptance testing (UAT) and time-sensitive knowledge clinics.
  • Work with designated Training Leads to develop and deliver comprehensive, multi-modal training programs for key users and end users.
  • Support the creation of training content and materials and ensure effective knowledge transfer to sustain long-term solution adoption.
  • Ensure all program activities adhere to pre-defined global template processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify, assess, and address gaps or deviations from standard templates, driving alignment and consistency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related updates, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, Super Users, and end-user communities.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits, impacts, and expected outcomes of transformation initiatives to build alignment, understanding, and enthusiasm.
  • Apply enterprise project management methodologies and best practices (such as PMI and PROSCI) to structure, monitor, and control project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet to plan, track, and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Actively support regional transformation goals on ServiceNow and other emerging digital tools, working closely with Senior leadership.
  • Contribute to projects and working groups focused on process efficiency and digital enablement, promoting appropriate digital tools to streamline procurement operations.
  • Ensure familiarity with and adherence to global financial policy controls and processes within the scope of the P2P transformation.
  • Partner with the North America Procurement Tower Lead and regional shared service centers (SSCs) to standardize P2P processes and build a more effective and efficient shared service model.
  • Identify synergies among SSC teams targets and establish regular mechanisms to address emerging needs and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global Business Process Owners (BPOs) to identify and resolve gaps or deviations from global processes, ensuring alignment and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on project updates, progress reports, and people-related matters within the transformation program.
  • Provide timely support, updates, and consultation to the Director of Procurement Transformation to drive project alignment, effective change management, and sustained enthusiasm for transformation initiatives.
  • Balance competing priorities and stakeholder needs while maintaining focus on delivering a seamless implementation aligned with predefined processes and templates.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and user-focused design in all aspects of the transformation.
Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience running projects in procurement or commercial transformation, full lifecycle system implementation, or similar enterprise roles.
  • Hands-on experience with shared services or Global Business Services transformations, including insourcing and outsourcing with recharge models.
  • Proven experience with SAP solutions and P2P process frameworks, particularly in a procurement or commercial context.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, migrating, or realigning a procurement or commercial function.
