Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management of AI and machine learning solution deployments Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients Ensure AI solution implementations meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines Requirements: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, tech, or software environments Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data platforms, or enterprise technology solutions PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field About Us: T12 Technologies LLC is a Baltimore-based technology firm dedicated to delivering innovative, results-driven solutions that help organizations harness the power of artificial intelligence.
