You will initially contribute to a new project, ISISPACE's next-generation modular satellite platform, supporting the development and qualification of new equipment and subsystems designed to replace existing solutions. Working closely with engineering teams, internal departments, external partners, and other project stakeholders, you will help ensure that project activities are properly coordinated, technical requirements are addressed, and key milestones are achieved.
Your responsibilities will range from organizing and coordinating test campaigns to tracking hardware availability, following up on project activities, and ensuring that technical documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time. You will play an active role in the day-to-day execution of projects, anticipating potential challenges, facilitating communication, and helping teams stay on track.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organized, and technically minded professional who enjoys working with people and taking initiative in a dynamic engineering environment. With the ambition to grow into a Project Manager position, you will have the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibilities and develop towards independently managing technical projects.
Your main responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects within the team.
Coordinate equipment qualification and testing, ensuring timely availability of facilities, hardware, and resources.
Communicate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Monitor project progress, follow up on deliverables, and identify potential delays.
Support the coordination of project requirements across teams.
Contribute to improving project coordination processes and daily operations.

Understanding of the importance of documentation, quality standards, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is considered a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with colleagues, suppliers, and external contractors.
