Project Manager-BI

Main challenge:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead a high-impact, strategic project that is critical to our company’s future.

As a key driver of this transversal initiative, you will coordinate efforts across multiple departments, ensure alignment between stakeholders and teams, and lead the project from planning through delivery.

What it means on a daily basis:

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources, developers, clients and external partners, ensuring clear alignment on requirements, priorities, estimations and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage resources and track project progress, performance, risks and changes
• Lead meetings, manage project documentation and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth collaboration across cross-functional and distributed teams

What success will look like:

• Projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Requirements and priorities are clearly understood across the team
• Risks, changes and dependencies are proactively managed
• Clients and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle

What you need to succeed

• 2+ years of planning and/or project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, change management and risk management
• Experience with custom application development, SDLC and BI projects; familiarity with BI visualization tools, preferably Looker
• Good understanding of IT project methodologies; Agile / Scrum / Kanban experience is a plus
• Experience working with clients, cross-functional teams and distributed or global teams
