Project Manager Civil

Role Description The Project Manager Civil is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing civil infrastructure projects from planning through completion. This role involves developing project plans and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and managing resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The Project Manager Civil will monitor construction activities, track progress against milestones, check billings and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgets, preparing reports and documentation, addressing risks and issues, and driving continuous improvement across project processes.
Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Check and Audit RA Bills.
• Solid Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge, with experience in design review, site execution, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Construction Management expertise, including oversight of contractors, quality control, safety protocols, and progress tracking.
• Budgeting skills, with the ability to manage project costs, forecast expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote environment and manage cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.
