Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneously. Extensive experience managing cross‑functional teams, including bioinformatics scientists, software engineers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders. Proven experience working with data pipelines, analytical workflows, or laboratory informatics platforms. Strong understanding of technical dependencies, system integrations, and validation considerations in regulated environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and technical meeting facilitation skills.
