Role Description The Project Manager/Coordinator Intern (Unpaid) role is a full-time, remote position supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of game development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in organizing project timelines, tracking milestones, and monitoring task completion to keep initiatives on schedule. The intern will help coordinate communication across multidisciplinary teams, prepare project status updates, and follow up on action items. Additional tasks may include supporting documentation of project requirements, maintaining project management tools, and helping streamline workflows and logistics. This role offers hands-on experience in managing dynamic, creative projects within a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Experience or familiarity with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Basic knowledge of Inspection processes to support quality checks on project outputs and documentation.
- Understanding of Project Management concepts to assist in organizing resources, tools, and workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse, remote teams.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., project management software, communication platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated interest in gaming, interactive media, or technology-driven storytelling; prior experience in game or tech projects is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Relevant coursework or training in project management, operations, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
