We focus on bringing our customers to the Microsoft platform in the Cloud to completely de-risk the IT environment and digitize the business processes. Our pool of more than 100 consultants has impressive expertise and a solid track record with implementations of Microsoft solutions such as Business Central and the full Dynamics 365 suite. As a CRM Project Manager at NORRIQ, you are responsible for the implementation of CRM software projects for our customers and for managing your project team and customers towards a successful CRM implementation. Your key responsibilities You understand the client’s needs, build trust, and leverage the right skills within the NORRIQ team. You are an organizer at heart. You manage your own schedule, as well as that of the project team and the client, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You are the main point of contact for our clients and can translate expectations into a project plan with clear objectives, scope, budget, and timeline. You manage change requests, anticipate project issues, and resolve them effectively. You monitor your team’s activities, project results, and profitability. Skills for success You are an organizational talent with 5 years of implementation experience in CRM and software project implementations in a consultancy environment. You have experience with a CRM system (such as Microsoft, Salesforce, or another). Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or other Microsoft technologies is a plus. You have solid knowledge of procedures for budgeting and resource allocation. Experience with agile methodologies and project management certifications is an advantage. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially minded. In addition, you are an excellent communicator. You have strong language skills with professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
