Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager – DA&A to support a strategic project. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished project leader with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, strong project governance discipline, and the ability to manage complex technology, data, analytics, and healthcare initiatives involving distributed teams. Mastek leadership, technical teams, and other project participants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8+ Years. The resource may be located offshore in any geographic location, but must be able to consistently work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time (MST/Arizona local time) to provide full-day overlap with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery for data, analytics, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, Mastek leadership, offshore delivery teams, and technical resources.
• Facilitate daily and weekly project meetings, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish strong project governance, including RAID logs, action items, decisions, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, issues, and required decisions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate across data engineering, analytics, cloud, application, QA, and business teams as required.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Track resource utilization and project financials as applicable.
• Drive accountability across distributed and offshore teams and ensure commitments are met.
• Support requirements clarification, prioritization, change management, and release planning.
• Escalate issues appropriately and drive them through resolution.
• Prepare concise and executive-ready project status reports and presentations.
• Apply Project Management (CX) and Change Management (Functional) practices to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes.
• Work effectively within a fast-paced healthcare technology environment and manage ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline.

Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably managing complex technology, data, analytics, or healthcare projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Project Management (CX) and Change Management (Functional) principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong experience managing distributed and offshore teams, particularly in DA&A (Data Automation & AI) environments.
• Demonstrated experience with project governance, including RAID management, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project planning, status reporting, RAID management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to independently drive projects and proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
• Healthcare or healthcare-data experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to consistently work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time (MST/Arizona local time) to provide full-day overlap with project stakeholders.
• PMP certified and disciplined in project governance and delivery processes.
