Project Manager (Data Program)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise Data Program. This individual will provide

project coordination and governance support, helping drive user adoption initiatives, report migration efforts, and cross-functional communication

across multiple business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting data-focused initiatives and be skilled at tracking deliverables, managing stakeholder

communications, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide project management support for enterprise data-related initiatives.
Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Support user adoption and change management efforts for new processes and reporting solutions.
Facilitate report migration projects and monitor progress against timelines.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
Drive cross-functional communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Assist with issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience supporting data-focused programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence programs.
Previous experience with user adoption or organizational change initiatives.
Experience working within a PMO or large enterprise environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
